Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use Prettyhuse2u online store.
1. All the items delivery timeline is stated in the stock status and normally around 2-3 WORKING DAYS for ready stock and 10-14 WORKING DAYS for pre order items and is subjected to custom clearance, logistics handling and also some un-foreseen circumstances.
2. Refund can be done only if (i) the items ordered are out of stock and payment has been made or (ii) the item(s) is having defect and we have no stock to replace for you. Please note that refund will only be made in the form of STORE CREDIT for future purchase and we will issue store credit which is equivalent to the original paid amount for customers who are eligible for that. No refund in CASH form will be provided by prettyhouse2u once order has been placed, unless under other unexpected condition.
3. All sales are final, no refund/cancellation is allowed once order is placed.
4. All items are solely first come first serve basis. Full payment must be made upon placing order.
5. Buyer should allow within 1-2 inch discrepancies for the measurement stated due to different ways of measurement.
6. Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
7. Exchange of DEFECTED GOODS and Exchange of SIZE can only be done if buyer reports the issue to us within 24 hours upon receipt of the items. We will base on standard courier system which in our case is Poslaju’s timestamp to determine the valid period for all return requests. For example, if we deliver your item on 2nd Jan, PosLaju will normally deliver the item on next business day which is 3rd Jan, then you will have the whole of 4th Jan to log a case to us should you require a return / exchange request. Any reports made after 4th Jan will not be entertained.
NOTE: Loose threads are not considered defects as it can be trimmed off.
8. All exchange goods MUST be delivered back to us within 7 calendar days after request is logged to the system and confirmation from us. Failing to do so, prettyhouse2u holds the right not to proceed with exchange or refund.
9. RM10 handling and processing fee will be charged for EACH ITEM for exchange. Please note that exchange can be done only for the SAME item, not other designs, unless the existing design is out of stock/end of production and exchange request can only be made ONCE for every purchase.
10. Exchange of size: We can only provide size exchange under below circumstances:-
· Size exchange service can only be provided if the product has the size you would like to change.
· We will first place the return stock under stock on hand album and after the existing goods being sold off, we will then re-order the correct size for buyer. Please take note that this will take some time.
· Buyer can pay upfront for the right size goods, once existing goods sold, we will refund the amount to buyer.
· All postage fees will be borne by the customers for exchange of sizing. Prettyhouse2u will only bear postage for defected goods/wrong items.
11. Please note size exchange request under below circumstances will be rejected:-
· All returned goods for exchange will be inspected by prettyhouse2u. We will not hold any responsibility of exchange IF returned goods are WASHED, ALTERED, REMOVED FROM ORIGINAL PACKAGING, OR WORN. Exchange can only be done if the item(s) are in its original condition- FREE OF PERFUME SMELL, NON-ALTERED, PRICE TAG/ORIGINAL PACKAGING INTACT.
· Any stain with less than size of 1inch will not be entitled for exchange or refund.
· PLEASE NOTE that we do not provide any exchange service (including change size or change to other item) if your purchase is already biggest/smallest size and you would like to request exchange for bigger/smaller size. This kind of scenario is applicable if one has purchased the biggest size but still find it tight, or one has purchased the smallest size but still find it loose.
12. All order placed there is no way to change the color/sizes ONCE order is in 'processing' status.
13. All reasonable efforts to deliver the order will be made by prettyhouse2u. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. Prettyhouse2u shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
14. Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of prettyhouse2u and there will be no refunds.
15. For exchange request, request will only be processed AFTER the goods received safely by prettyhouse2u and inspected by prettyhouse2u.
16. Refunds are not allowed for quality expectation based on individual, such as item is not as good as imagine.
17. Prettyhouse2u does not offer any "help-to-sell" service. Customers are advised to purchase the goods prior to understanding of inspired pieces. We are not responsible for any quality expectation issue and not providing any help to sell away service. We only provide replacement for defected goods or refund for out of stock items.
18. Please make sure to check on the actual item pictures in the website before making purchases. Should you need any help in actual item pictures, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Prettyhouse2u will try every effort to display actual photos. However, cutting/ material imagination is not being controlled by prettyhouse2u. Due to online store, customers need to be aware that, there will be risk of not knowing the cutting/ material as customers unable to touch or feel the material. Therefore, even with actual photos and details given by prettyhouse2u, customers are responsible to make decision in purchasing the goods.
