1. How to make order?
 a. Add the items into shopping cart.
 b. Click show cart to view the shopping cart.
 c. Click Checkout to proceed.
 d. Click on shipping address to add or modify shipping address if it is different from the billing address. 
 e. Select Shipping Method.
 f. Select Payment Method and fill in the necessary information if it is required.
 g. If you wish to use user point to get discount or redeem the discount voucher, you can fill in the particular detail to obtain the discount.
 h. Verify the payment of order and click ‘submit order’.

 i. After payment, please email or SMS or facebook inbox us (www.facebook.com/messages/prettyhouse2ushop) to inform us.


2. How to make payment?
We offer the payment method as follows.
a. Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, DBS)

** NOTE: Money transferred from third party bank will take extra 1 day to be deposited into our bank account.

3. When should I make payment? How if I do not complete the payment?
Payment should be made within 3 days after the order is made, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

4. Can I cancel my order after making order?
Please notify us immediately for cancellation. However, the order cannot be cancelled if the items have been shipped.

5. How can I apply for return/change of items?
If you found that items are defect (not purposely destroyed), you can notify us and we will handle your problem to return or change the item. In valid circumstance, refund will be made for return item.

6. How to calculate shipping fee?
By default, items will be posted using poslaju Malaysia if it is not specified differently and the rate is according to the charges by poslaju or other courier company (for oversea).

7. How to track my parcel?
After the items are shipped, we will send the tracking number of the parcel to your email. You can track the parcel through the poslaju Malaysia website or using poslaju tracking column in the website.

8. How to use the voucher?
If you have voucher, you can redeem your voucher by entering the voucher code after the order is made within the valid period. 
*note: Please keep an eye on the expiry, expired voucher cannot be used.
If you want to use user point to get the discount, you can enter the points to obtain the discount.

9. How to check order status?
Click on the account maintenance button to check your order status.

10. When the order will be processed and when can I receive my order?
The order will be processed and dispatched within 2 days after the payment is confirmed and the order will be dispatched to Malaysia buyers within 2-5 days depend on the shipping area.
Delivery cut off time is 12pm Monday to Friday. If payment is made later than that, ready stock will be only delivered on next working day.
Reference Delivery Time: Peninsular Malaysia 1-2 working days, Sabah & Sarawak 3-5 working days.

11. How to search for product?
Enter the keyword in the searching column to search for the desired item.

12. What should I do after receiving the item?
Inform us if you have received your items. Add the review for the items you have purchased. Write a testimonial to us.

13. I have problem with the system, what should I do?
Report the problem to us by stating out the problem in detail. If possible, attach the screen shot to ease the problem shooting.

14. What does Notify Me! button mean?
Notify Me! button means the item is sold out or out of stock. If you wish to be alert when the item is replenished, click at the button and we will notify you if there is new stock arriving.
